After spending several years working with rental and investment properties, Matt decided to bring his quality-control and customer-first mentality into the field of home inspection. In fact, it is the desire to provide clients with the details they need to make sound, informed decisions that motivates Matt to do the best job he can with every home he inspects. He is a true professional, who not only likes people, but is determined to serve them well.
Adam attributes his people skills (and familiarity with what goes into the guts of a home) to more than a dozen years of retail management in the hardware store industry. But don’t let Adam’s easy-going nature fool you. When it comes to home inspections he’ll do what it takes to get into the areas of a home most people never see to make sure Sterling’s clients are informed and comfortable with their purchasing decisions.
Ryan spent over a decade in the building trades and three years as an independent home inspector prior to joining the Sterling Group. His eye for detail and passion for learning make him a welcome addition to the team. Ryan approaches each inspection as an opportunity to better acquaint the client with their home and goes above and beyond to accomplish that goal.
