We take a sample of the property’s water and check it for harmful contaminates such as bacteria and nitrates. Contaminated well water poses extreme dangers to the health of your family, so if your potential home is on a well system, we highly recommend you have it tested.
INFRARED SCANS
Infrared Scans are used to identify potential roof leaks, plumbing issues, or electrical issues not evident to the naked eye. Using an infrared camera, our inspectors can identify any major shifts in temperature within inaccessible parts of a home or commercial property. Infrared scans can also be used to help detect early signs of fungus or mold growth, as well as help to identify potential deficiencies with insulation which could result in increased heating bills.
